<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a harmonic mixer that suppresses a leakage signal by sufficiently multiplying a double of a first signal and a second signal.SOLUTION: Respective source electrodes of field effect transistors M1 and M2 are short-circuited and grounded, and a source electrode of a field effect transistor M3 is connected to a terminal short-circuiting respective drain electrodes of the field effect transistors M1 and M2. A normal phase of a first signal is input into a gate electrode of the field effect transistor M1, an opposite phase of the first signal is input into a gate electrode of the field effect transistor M2, a second signal is input into a gate electrode of the field effect transistor M3, and a signal is output from a drain electrode of the field effect transistor M3.</p> |
