An image processing method, comprising the steps of: respectively measuring stimulus value matrixes of primary colour greyscales of a display image; calculating a stimulus value matrix of a greyscale of the display image from the measured stimulus value matrixes of the primary colour greyscales; converting a tristimulus value matrix of each pixel greyscale of the display image into a coordinate value of a pixel in a uniform colour space; calculating a colour difference between adjacent pixels of the display image in the uniform colour space; selecting a pixel region with a predetermined size, and obtaining colour difference values between every pixel in the pixel region and between edge pixels in the pixel region and adjacent pixels outside the pixel region; and if the colour difference values between every pixel in the pixel region and between edge pixels in the pixel region and adjacent pixels outside the pixel region, and a pre-set colour difference threshold value satisfy a pre-set relationship, conducting image processing on the pixels in the pixel region. |
