<p>An outer wall guard board and a roof panel comprise a color sand facing layer and a galvalume sheet bearing layer after folding that are bonded through a polymeric binder. To improve impact-resistant strength, the galvalume sheet bearing layer is folded into a wave shape, and a row of oblong-shaped process holes are arranged on a folded edge to facilitate mounting. Preparation steps of the outer wall guard board and the roof panel with the color sand facing comprise blanking, piercing, folding, surface sizing, sand spraying and solidifying.</p> |
