The present invention relates to an outfitting installation place checking system and a method thereof to check an outfitting installation working place of a vessel or an off-shore plant. The outfitting installation place checking system provided by the present invention includes: a control unit which performs a checking process of an outfitting installation working place based on an outfitting installation place checking program; a storage unit which stores and provides the outfitting installation place checking program to the control unit and stores various data related with the checking of the outfitting installation working place by the control of the control unit; an input unit which inputs a command and data to the control unit; a display unit which displays various screens related with the checking of the outfitting installation working place by the control of the control unit; and a communication unit which transmits and receives data related with the checking of the outfitting installation working place by a communication through a communication network by the control of the control unit. The present invention is able to efficiently perform an outfitting assembly by enabling an installation working place of each outfitting to be checked easily when planning the outfitting assembly to install various kinds of outfitting in a vessel or an off-shore plant when building the vessel or the off-shore plant.
