PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image processing device which enables super-resolution with a suppressed artifact.SOLUTION: An image processing device includes: a position generating unit; a weight calculation unit; and an image generating unit. The position generating unit generates, for each input frame pixel, first position information in a first frame on the basis of position information of the pixel and a motion vector of the pixel relative to a reference frame. The weight calculation unit calculates a weight corresponding to a distance from a position indicated by the first position information for a pixel of the first frame. The image generating unit calculates, for each first frame pixel, an output pixel value on the basis of the weight calculated by the weight calculation unit and a pixel value of the input frame to generate an output frame.
