PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus, method, and program for creating aircraft operation information which are configured to create information having a high correlation with the actual obstacles to operation and the occurrence of accidents.SOLUTION: An aircraft operation information creating apparatus 10 creates aircraft operation information for use in an aircraft operation. The aircraft operation information creating apparatus 10 estimates the degree of difficulty of landing of an aircraft with respect to a runway by using, as input information, wind direction data and wind speed data at a plurality of predetermined altitudes on a landing route obtained by a weather sensor S, orientation data of the runway, and model information of the aircraft. |
