PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a frame structure for a bulb type lighting lamp having a simple structure capable of fixing LED substrate to a frame and holding a lighting circuit substrate constituting a lighting device within the frame, the bulb type lighting lamp having the frame structure and the lighting device.SOLUTION: The lighting lamp of this invention comprises a light source substrate on which a light source is mounted, a lighting circuit substrate on which a lighting circuit for turning on the light source is mounted, a cylindrical frame part having the light source substrate mounted at one end and having the lighting circuit substrate stored in it, and a holding part arranged at the frame part and engaged with a fastening member for fastening the light source substrate with the frame part to each other.
