PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an unfastened seat belt warning device which can stop an unnecessary warning of an unfastened seat belt that is emitted by an erroneous judgement.SOLUTION: An unfastened seat belt warning device includes: a piezoelectric element 11 provided in a seat of a vehicle for detecting the seating of occupants; a transmitter 13 which is activated by a voltage output from the piezoelectric element 11 for transmitting a radio signal; a receiver 22 for receiving the radio signal; a storage part 24 which stores prescribed information when the receiver 22 receives the radio signal; a seat belt attachment/detachment detecting part 23 for detecting the attachment and detachment of a seat belt; a warning part 26 which emits a warning when the storage part 24 stores the prescribed information, and the seat belt attachment/detachment detecting part 23 detects that the seat belt is unfastened, and stops the warning when the seat belt attachment/detachment detecting part 23 detects that the seat belt is fastened, or the storage part 24 does not store the prescribed information; an operation part 25; and an information erasing part for erasing the prescribed information stored in the storage part 24 when the operation part 25 is operated. |
