<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a more convenient commodity by adding a magic hand function to a cane and thereby giving one commodity both functions of serving as a cane and holding an article.SOLUTION: A main body 1 composed of a hollow body of a prescribed length is prepared, with the upper end of the main body laterally extended to form a grip 2, and with a rotary body 4 installed that is retractable in the lower part inside the grip. One end of the rotary body is rotatably journaled near the grip end, with a hollow casing 11 attached to the lower part of the main body. A pair of arms is installed which is journaled by the casing and which can be opened/closed in the lower end. A shaft 8 is provided which connects the arm upper ends to the rotary body and, a spring for energizing the rotary body downward is installed inside the grip. With the foregoing configuration, the cane main body is provided which can open/close the pair of arms by the rotation of the rotary body. Meantime, in the abutment of the lower end of the pair of arms, a hollow stopper 20 with a bottom is provided which is attachable to the lower part of the arms. The cane is the combination of the main body and the stopper.</p> |
