<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mailbox having multiple functions for being able to close a throwing port to reject throwing of leaflets and the like into a mailbox of a residence absent for a long period, an uninhabited residence, or the like, and to prevent a delivered article from being stolen when a flap of its throwing port is open.SOLUTION: A mailbox comprises: a mailbox body, a throwing port formed on a front surface of the mailbox body, a throwing flap arranged with a base end portion thereof freely opened/closed, and a take-out port. The mailbox further comprises throwing port flap opening position control means capable of controlling an opening position of a free end portion of the throwing port flap at any desired angle.</p> |
