PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a regeneration treatment method of casting sand capable of performing regeneration treatment to collected casting sand with a simple method.SOLUTION: The regeneration treatment method of casting sand comprises: a pulverization step for grinding collected casting sand die finely and making a ground product of the casting sand; a mixing step for mixing and agitating the ground product of the casting sand in water at 5°C to 70°C, thereby separating a binder adhered to the casting sand from the casting sand; and a step for collecting the casting sand from which the binder is separated, and then heating and drying the casting sand.
