Disclosed is a derailment prevention structure for a railway vehicle. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the derailment prevention structure for a railway vehicle, which prevents derailment of the railway vehicle traveling along a slope terrain, comprises: a derailment prevention unit connected to the railway vehicle traveling on the rails while protruding toward the ground; and an intervention unit installed in a location spaced apart from the rails at a predetermined distance while restricting the vertical movement of the derailment prevention unit. |
