The present invention relates to a dye for a dye-sensitized solar cell and a dye-sensitized solar cell using the same. By using synthetic and computer protocols, a dye represented by Chemical Formula 1 can be designed, and a synthesized dye and a designed dye have similar current-voltage properties. In particular, the dye represented by the Chemical Formula 1 has a large hyperpolarizability value and an excellent light gathering effect and exhibits a high dipolar moment. |
