The present invention relates to a grain roasting apparatus, comprising a roasting container having a storage space to store grains inside; a heating unit which heats the roasting container to roast the grain stored in the storage space; an agitating unit having a rotating axis which is installed on the roasting container to be rotated and whose one end is inserted in the storage space, at least one agitating piece formed on one end part of the rotating axis and a driving part to rotate the rotating axis; a temperature sensing sensor which is installed on the roasting container to sense the temperature of the storage space; and a controlling part which controls the driving part to change the rotating speed of the rotating axis based on the temperature in the storage space sensed by the temperature sensing sensor. In the grain roasting apparatus of the present invention, the grain roasting apparatus has the controlling part which controls the rotating speed of the rotating axis on the agitating unit according to the temperature of a heating container having grains, thereby efficiency of roasting for grains when starting to roasting grains in the roasting container at an initial time. |
