<p>PURPOSE: A large organic electroluminescent display device is provided to obtain a uniform brightness distribution in a display region by forming a driving current wire on a substrate through an auxiliary electrode corresponding to a substrate area. CONSTITUTION: A driving current wire(VDD) supplies an electric signal to a thin film transistor. A driving wire contact hole exposes a part of the driving current wire. An organic light emitting diode is connected to the thin film transistor and is driven. A cap(ENC) includes a cap substrate(ES) and a sub wire(MS) coated on the inner side of the cap substrate. A conductive sealant(CC) electrically connects the driving current wire exposed through the driving wire contact hole and the sub wire.</p> |
