<p>Disclosed is a network apparatus which comprises at least two hosts located in a cluster and comprising at least one terminal system for transceiving packets, a virtual switch connected to the terminal system, an uplink port which is a physical port connected to the virtual switch, and a control agent for managing network information including media access control (MAC) addresses of the terminal system and the uplink port required for transceiving the packets; a control unit which stores and controls the network information of the hosts; and at least two network switches connected to the hosts, wherein the virtual switch transceives the packets on multiple paths formed by at least two tunnels through the virtual switch located on a different host and the network switch. Also, disclosed is a method of transceiving packet type data between at least two hosts located inside the cluster and comprising at least one terminal system for transceiving the packets, the virtual switch and the uplink port, wherein the packets are transceived on multiple paths formed by at least two tunnels through the network switches between the virtual switches.</p> |
