<p>In the present invention, provided are a liposome capsule, which includes lipid and lysosome enzymes, and a manufacturing method thereof. More specifically, the present invention relates to a liposome, which has an antimicrobial function and prevents the release of the lysosome enzyme in the liposome, and a manufacturing method thereof. In the present invention, the liposome capsule consists of 3-15 parts by weight of the lysosome enzyme for 100 parts by weight of lipid. The liposome of the present invention has an increased stability and accordingly does not discharge drug in the liposome, when stored, thereby moving to a target part in a stable manner and showing activity.</p> |
