PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To disclose a technique related to a video processing device, a method and a system for compressing and transmitting a video image.SOLUTION: The video processing device includes: an overlay region extraction unit, to which an input video image, acquired by at least one video acquisition device, and real imaging space video data stored in advance in a database (DB) are provided, for extracting the overlay region through matching the input video image with the real imaging space video data; and a video compression unit for compressing, based on the overlay region, the input video image using a reference frame based on the information included in the real imaging space video data. |
