<p>The purpose of the present invention is to more reliably prevent a die from resting on a wall or the like so as to become inclined and stop when rotating the die so as to perform a physical lottery of a number rolled. In order to achieve this purpose, a lottery apparatus (1) is provided with: a bottom member (41) which forms a bottom surface which is an area where the die can roll and come to rest; a wall part (16a) which is placed above the bottom member (41) and which defines an area where the die can roll and come to rest; a rotary device which rotates the die; a drive mechanism (49) which displaces the bottom member (41) relative to a wall part (16); an actuator (48) which drives the drive mechanism (49); and a control device which operates the actuator (48) and the drive mechanism (49) for at least a predetermined period of time prior to the die coming to a rest upon the bottom member (41). The rotary device may be provided with: cylinders (16, 17) which are disposed above the bottom member (41); and a fluid feeding apparatus which blows the die upward inside of the cylinders (16, 17), rotates the die, and subsequently drops the die upon the bottom member (41).</p> |
