<p>Disclosed is a power-on reset circuit using multiple power voltages. The power-on reset circuit of the present invention includes: a high power responding unit which receives a high power voltage having the stable level of a high power supply voltage as a pull-up voltage and generates a high response signal, wherein the high response signal has a raised voltage level as the level of the high power voltage increases; a low power responding unit which receives a low power voltage having the stable level of a low power supply voltage as a pull-up voltage and is driven to generate a low response signal by reversing the high response signal, wherein the low power supply voltage has a level lower than the high power supply voltage; and a pulse generating unit which generates a power-on reset signal which is activated in a pulse by responding to the transition of the low response signal. The power-on reset circuit of the present invention provides a stable power-on reset signal (VPOR) and remarkably reduces a demanded layout area.</p> |
