PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To create a deterioration curve of rapid deterioration equipment to accurately evaluate a risk of the rapid deterioration equipment.SOLUTION: A deterioration evaluation device 1 comprises: a parameter calculation part 9 for estimating parameters of a deterioration curve functional formula on the basis of a functional formula expressing a relationship between a damage amount to equipment due to a deterioration promotion event and a time reduction amount in which a deterioration suppression period is reduced due to the damage, and inspection data of the rapid deterioration equipment estimated that deterioration has rapidly progressed due to the deterioration promotion event; and a deterioration curve creation part 10 for determining the deterioration curve functional formula of the rapid deterioration equipment by substituting the parameter to the deterioration curve functional formula of the rapid deterioration equipment. The deterioration curve functional formula of the rapid deterioration equipment, by using a usage length of the equipment as an input variable, is defined by using the parameters including an occurrence time of the deterioration promotion event and the time reduction amount of the deterioration suppression period, and the average deterioration curve functional formula of the equipment. |
