<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical characteristic measurement device and an optical characteristic measurement method, capable of easily obtaining a color value under arbitrary ambient light by a single device.SOLUTION: An optical characteristic measurement device 1 and an optical characteristic measurement method obtain predetermined optical characteristics such as the color value, total spectral emissivity coefficient and the like of a measured object. Before the optical characteristics are measured, the spectral intensity distribution of predetermined ambient light made incident from a measurement opening 31 is measured and stored, and then in measurement of the optical characteristics, using the stored spectral intensity distribution of ambient light, optical characteristics are obtained with the actually measured ambient light with an observation light source.</p> |
