<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a waterproof cap usable for a feeder cable having a member larger than the diameter of the feeder cable and excellent in waterproofness.SOLUTION: This waterproof cap has a cylindrical body 1 both ends of which are opened. The cylindrical body 1 has a first end 2 having an opening diameter W1, between both ends, a second end 3 having an opening diameter W2 which is smaller than W1, between both ends, a squeezed part 4 where the diameter decreases from W1 to W2, a cut part provided from the second end 3 to the squeezed part 4, and a projecting part 6 provided at the fringe of the cut of the cut part 5 on the outer surface side of the cylindrical body 1. The projecting part 6 has a shape that can be covered with a cover 8 having a recessed part 9 corresponding to the projecting part 6 with one side of the cylindrical body 1 (a first valve 7a) that is parted by the cut abutting the other (a second valve 7b), and the projecting part 6 is provided on at least a part of each of the one (the first valve 7a) and the other (the second valve 7b), and the cylindrical body 1 is at least formed of an elastic member.</p> |
