<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a made-of-resin panel unaccompanied by warps while attempting to reduce the weight of and enhance the rigidity of the made-of-resin panel.SOLUTION: A made-of-resin panel (1) of an embodiment is a made-of-resin panel (1) furnished with: a rear wall (3); a front wall (2) opposing the rear wall (3) via a gap; and ribs (3a) provided by dipping a portion of the rear wall (3) toward the front wall (2) so as to be fused with the inner surface of the front wall (2); the rear wall (3), front wall (2), and ribs (3a) are constituted by mold-fastening, via divided molds, an outflowing first molten resin abiding in a molten state, extruded from an extrusion device, and constituting the rear wall (3) following the mixing therewith of a tabular filler and a second molten resin abiding in a molten state and constituting the front wall (2) following the mixing therewith of a tabular filler; the longitudinal direction (3a1) of the ribs (3a) is non-parallel to the respective flow directions of the first molten resin and second molten resin.</p> |
