<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat sterilizer having a compact size with a simple structure, preventing the components in an ingredient from easily adhering to the inside of a pipe or a pipe joint, without blocking the acceleration of a filling line.SOLUTION: A heat sterilizer 110 includes a non-conducting heating pipe 111, an electrode 112 not exposing to the inner surface of the heating pipe 111, and a power supply unit 113 which supplies a high-frequency current for dielectric heating of an ingredient passing through the heating pipe 111.</p> |
