We describe the use of exosomes in a method of promoting, restoring or enhancing homeostasis in a biological environment in need of such. The method may comprise exposing the biological environment to exosomes derived from the mesenchymal stem cells. The biological environment may comprise an environment in or of a cell, tissue, organ, system or organisms, such as a cardiovascular system or an immune system of an organism. |
