The invention relates to a method with the following steps: making available a lid panel (110) with a pouring opening (112) and at least one guide opening (114), preferably with two guide openings; bringing together an inner slide piece (120) and a side of the lid panel (110) provided as container inner face (116); bringing together an outer slide piece (130) and a side of the lid panel provided as container outer face (118); connecting the inner slide piece (120) to the outer slide piece (130) via at least one connection element (132) arranged at least partially in the at least one guide opening (114); bringing together a closure element (140) and the side of the lid panel (110) provided as container inner face (116) with the inner slide piece (120); and producing a coupling between the closure element (140) and the inner slide piece (120).
