<p>In the present invention, an attachment and detachment mechanism secures an article to be attached onto an opening of an opening surface of a member that comprises the opening surface provided with the opening. The attachment and detachment mechanism is provided with the following: a retainer that retains the article to be attached and that surrounds the periphery of a portion to be attached to the opening surface of the article to be attached; a drive section that is disposed on the opening surface, that comprises a portion in contact with the retainer, and that presses the retainer via the movement of that portion in one direction within the same plane as the opening surface; and an engagement section that engages with the retainer on the side opposite the drive section of the opening surface, across the opening. At least the mutually contacting portion of the retainer or that of the drive section, or at least the mutually contacting portion of the retainer or that of the engagement section, is inclined with respect to one direction and acts as an inclined sliding surface so that, when the drive section presses the retainer in such one direction, the inclined sliding surface causes the opposing contacting portion to slide along that surface and causes the force pressing the retainer in the direction of the opening surface to act.</p> |
