Disclosed are a caster mounted on a teaching aid or furniture including a whiteboard to conveniently and stably move and stop the teaching aid or furniture; and a whiteboard including the caster. The present invention includes a wheel coupled to a lower end of a fixing shaft having a male screw formed on an upper portion to have a nut fastened; a wheel lifting means comprising a slide member having a shaft hole formed on a central portion and a working shaft hole formed on a circumferential surface to be fastened by the nut after penetrating the fixing shaft of the wheel, and an eccentric rotary member forming an eccentric shaft into which the working shaft hole of the slide member is fitted on one side and having a shaft bolt protruding from and formed at the other central portion; a main body comprising a first working space penetrated at a vertical central portion to have the slide member fitted and vertically moved, a second working space allowing the wheel to rotate and vertically move, a third working space into which an eccentric member is inserted and which is penetrated in the horizontal direction so that the eccentric shaft can be introduced into the first working space, and a female screw for fastening formed on the upper portion; and a caster including a working lever having a coupling hole for inserting the shaft bolt of the eccentric rotary member on a central portion, a fixing nut screw-coupled to the shaft bolt of the eccentric rotary member to fix the working lever, and a fixer comprising a first fixing unit or a second fixing unit to prevent the eccentric rotary member fitted into the third working space of the main body from being detached and stop the rotation of the eccentric rotary member, wherein the caster is mounted on a pedestal fixed to a lower end of a column frame on which the whiteboard is mounted. |
