PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a printer capable of preventing air bubbles, which are generated in ink within a storage part, foreign matters and the like from adhering to a printing area of a plate cylinder.SOLUTION: A printer includes: a plate cylinder that performs printing for matter-subject-to-printing by transferring ink to the matter-subject-to-printing; a storage part in which the ink is stored; and an ink transfer roll 20 for transferring the ink, which is stored in the storage part, to the plate cylinder. An outer peripheral surface of the ink transfer roll 20 is provided with grooves 24 that are inclined with respect to the axial and rotational directions of the ink transfer roll 20, respectively. |
