ANTIBODIES DIRECTED TO ANGIOPOIETIN-2 AND USES THEREOF Antibodies directed to the antigen Ang-2 and uses of such antibodies are described. In particular, fully human monoclonal antibodies directed to the antigen 5 Ang-2. Nucleotide sequences encoding, and amino acid sequences comprising, heavy and light chain immunoglobulin molecules, particularly sequences corresponding to contiguous heavy and light chain sequences spanning the framework regions and/or complementarity determining regions (CDR's), specifically from FRI through FR4 or CDRI through CDR3. Hybridomas or other cell lines expressing such immunoglobulin 10 molecules and monoclonal antibodies.
