PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable high-accurate utilization restriction to an equipment mounting function.SOLUTION: An authentication management device manages an upper limit value that is set to a user, and a total utilization amount of the user accumulated depending on utilization of functions of an image processing device, and manages an image processing device in a log-in state and a user who logs in the image processing device on the basis of a user authentication result. In the authentication management device, the total utilization amount of the user who logs in the image processing device is accumulated depending on utilization of functions of the image processing device, and notification that the total utilization amount exceeds an upper limit value that is set to the user is received from the image processing device. The authentication management device transmits a processing execution command for requesting execution of processing depending on the excess of the upper limit value, to the other image processing device in which the user who logs in the image processing device that transmitted the notification logs, among the image processing devices that are in the log-in state when the notification is received. |
