PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To fix a frame for supporting a solar cell module onto the ground easily.SOLUTION: In a foundation pile constitutes a support leg of a frame for supporting a plurality of solar cell modules. A plurality of mounting plates 3, each having an anchor hole 3a, are formed at a set height position of the outer peripheral surface of a circular tube-shaped pipe 2 and at set intervals in the circumferential direction, and are welded to incline at a lead angle downward toward the end, which is set with respect to a horizontal plane formed by using a central axis of the pipe as a perpendicular line. The pipe 2 is driven into the ground up to a set depth while each of a plurality of anchor pins 4 is driven into and fixed to the ground through the anchor holes 3a of the mounting plates 3. |
