PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve security in the case of managing a user who uses an information processor by using a portable terminal device.SOLUTION: In an image processing system 1, an authentication management part 11 of each of image forming apparatuses Gk1 to Gkn issues a one-time password, and an image data generation part 23 of a mobile terminal MT generates a password image for the one-time password and a terminal identification image for terminal identification information as an image for authentication, and displays it at an information input/output part 25. Each of the image forming apparatuses Gk1 to Gkn reads the image for authentication by an image reading part 14, and stores the one-time password and the terminal identification information in an information storage part 13. When operation information in the information input/output part 25 as well as the one-time password and the terminal identification information are transmitted from the mobile terminal MT to each of the image forming apparatuses Gk1 to Gkn, each of the image forming apparatuses Gk1 to Gkn performs authentication processing on the basis of the one-time password and the terminal identification information, and performs an operation corresponding to the operation information. |
