PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a composition which can preserve at a freezing point without using dimethyl sulfoxide (DMSO), which is an anti-freezing agent for cells, because DMSO has the problems of side effects, and can be used as a vehicle for a direct administering in a cell therapy.SOLUTION: The present invention provides a therapeutic composition comprising: (i) Trolox, Na, K, Ca, Mg, Cl, HPO, HEPES, a lactobionate, sucrose, mannitol, glucose, dextran-40, adenosine, glutathione; and (ii) mesenchymal stem cells, and neural stem cells or retina progenitor cells; but not comprising dipolar aprotic solvents. Preferably the cells are contained in anti-biodegradable polymeric substances (particularly PLGA). |
