<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device preventing global warming, ozone layer depletion, and ocean acidification.SOLUTION: A device electrolyzes seawater to generate chlorine and sodium. The sodium intensely reacts with water, and the seawater gradually changes into sodium hydroxide (is alkalized). At that time, hydrogen is generated. The chlorine is mixed into the alkalized seawater to neutralize the seawater. At that time, oxygen is generated. The generated hydrogen is directly used as energy, or is made to be a material of methane gas generation. An oxygen concentration is enhanced to take atmospheric heat away even in the above-mentioned process. Ocean-acidified seawater at high tide is decompressed by use of an ebb and flow phenomenon of the tide, and carbon dioxide dissolved in the seawater is removed to neutralize the seawater. Because the oxygen melted in the seawater is also simultaneously removed, causing environmental destruction, the seawater is discharged into seawater at low tide after the oxygen generated in the methane gas generation is mixed in time of water discharge to make use of the device in environmental conservation of the ocean.</p> |
