Said first structuring area (310) comprises an opening and/or an area which provided to form an opening; and a second structuring area (314) is formed (206) in the first mask structure (308) and in the second mask structure (312) such that at least one part of the first structuring area (310) is formed in the first mask structure (308) outside of the second structuring area (314 ) in the first mask structure (308).
