Numerous fine projections (20) are formed interspersed on a plate-shaped part (18), and the bend rigidity against the compressive load of the fine projections (20) is anisotropic around the vertical axis (O), and is thus capable of flexurally deforming in a specified direction set according to the anisotropy, improving tactile softness. Specifically, the fine projections (20) have an elongated lateral cross section, and are thus conducive to flexurally deforming in the width direction (plate thickness direction) perpendicular to the length direction, improving tactile softness. In particular, a step (38) is provided on one side wall (35) of the fine projections (20); therefore, the rigidity of the tip portion (tip protruding part (39)) is reduced, the tip portion is easily elastically deformable, and, due to reduction of the initial load, tactile softness is appreciably increased. |
