<p>Provided is a lithium ion capacitor which has low internal resistance, high discharge capacity and an excellently long service life. A lithium ion capacitor (1) is configured to comprise: an electrode plate group that is obtained by winding up a laminate wherein a positive electrode plate obtained by coating an aluminum foil with a positive electrode active material mixture and a negative electrode plate obtained by coating a copper foil with a negative electrode active material mixture are laminated with a separator being interposed therebetween; and lithium metal. In addition, the lithium ion capacitor (1) uses an electrolyte solution that contains, as an electrolyte, lithium hexafluorophosphate (LiPF6), while containing, as an additive, a cyclic carbonate having a double bond or a cyclic carbonate having a fluorine atom.</p> |
