<p>The invention relates to a miniature built-in optical device (1) consisting of a Mach-Zehnder (2) interferometer (2) comprising a multimode optical coupler (6), a first waveguide (10) having a lengthΙ_+ΔΙ_ and a second waveguide (11) having a length L, the first waveguide (10) and the second waveguide (11) being coupled to the outlet of the multimode optical coupler (6), where the Mach-Zender interferometer (2) is connected, at the outlet thereof, to a block selected from: an arrayed waveguide grating AWG (3) with a defined gap between the waveguides (10, 11) and an interleave-chirped AWG, IC-AWG (4, 5) with a defined gap between the waveguides (10, 11). Said device (1) is used to obtain, at each outlet, a small spectral band i.e. a device (1) with a plurality of channels.</p> |
