摘要 <p>The present invention relates to an ultra high resolution organic light emitting diode display having a high aperture ratio and a manufacturing method thereof. The organic light emitting diode display includes: a substrate including a thin film transistor area and a storage capacitor area; a channel layer formed in the thin film transistor area of the substrate and a semiconductor layer formed in the storage capacitor area; a first gate insulating film stacked on the channel layer and the semiconductor layer; a first storage capacitor electrode directly stacked on the first gate insulating film that covers the semiconductor layer; a second gate insulating film configured to cover the first gate insulating film and the first storage capacitor electrode; a gate electrode configured to overlap the channel layer, and a second storage capacitor electrode configured to overlap the semiconductor layer, on the second gate insulating film; an intermediate insulating film configured to cover the gate electrode and the second storage capacitor electrode; and source/drain electrodes connected to the channel layer and a third storage capacitor electrode configured to overlap the second storage capacitor electrode, on the intermediate insulating film.</p>
