PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a novel refrigerator enabling a thermal leakage from a part near a handgrip handle to be reduced and a high heat insulation performance to be attained even if an opening/closing door having the handgrip handle arranged near strengthened glass is installed.SOLUTION: Vacuum heat insulation material is fixed to strengthened glass arranged at a frame having a handgrip handle, and at the same time a rising part which does not interfere with the handgrip handle is formed at vacuum heat insulation material. This rising part is arranged between an inner wall and the handgrip handle, and polyurethane foam is filled in one space between the rising part and the handgrip handle and other space between the rising part and the inner wall. With this arrangement, even in a case that an opening/closing door is one where the handgrip handle is formed near the strengthened glass, arrangement of vacuum heat insulation material between the handgrip handle and the inner wall enables thermal leakage from the handgrip handle to be suppressed and further enables a high heat insulation effect to be attained. |
