PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize a high efficient, small-sized and low cost reluctance motor.SOLUTION: A reluctance motor includes: stator magnetic poles 111 and 11D of an A phase, stator magnetic poles 114 and 11G of an A/phase, stator magnetic poles 117 and 11K of a B phase, stator magnetic poles 11A and 11P of a B/phase; and two or more magnetically irregular-shaped characteristic rotor magnetic poles having a width of 90° or more at an electric angle in the circumferential direction. Thereby, the reluctance motor is constituted so that the drive width in which the stator magnetic pole of each phase can generate a torque becomes 90° or more at an electric angle and the continuous torque can be generated in a one-way rotation direction. |
