PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide content suitable for a user situation in consideration of a current situation of the user.SOLUTION: In a server 31 of an information center 14, by a device model 33, a state of each of devices 12, 13 and 16 is grasped based on information transmitted from each of the devices 12, 13 and 16. From the identified state of each of the devices 12, 13 and 16, by a user model 34, a current scene of a user is estimated and the presence/absence, category and timing of content to be provided to the user are determined. By a service selection model 35, arbitration is made among a plurality of pieces of content, and by a providing method selection model 36, the devices 12, 13 and 16 are determined that transmit the content, and as necessary, the content is converted into a proper output format. |
