PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a document research system, method and program that conduct articulate and reliable researches in accordance with lawsuit cases, and that provide prior information that reduces burdens of research works of document information.SOLUTION: A computer analyzes case research result relevancy information; prepares or updates, and registers a research model parameter for researching on a lawsuit case; extracts a research model parameter relating to input information identifying a research content of a new research case from the registered research model parameter; conducts a research model output using the extracted research model parameter; and constructs prior information for researching the new research case from the output result of the research mode, and provides the prior information. |
