PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fuel battery that can keep stable power generating performance, thermal recovery performance and durability even when output change frequently occurs.SOLUTION: A solid-state polymer type fuel battery is constructed by a plurality of laminated single battery cells each of which contains polymer electrolytic film, a pair of electrodes, a pair of conductive separators, and a frame body which is integrated with a seal material for sealing a flow path formed by the separators from the external or other flow paths and a seal material for preventing shortcut of gas. A cooling water path for making cooling water flow therethrough is provided between a single battery cell and a single battery cell adjacent to the former single battery cell. A manifold X into which cooling water flows before passing through the cooling water path and a manifold Y into which cooling water flows after passing through the cooling water path is adjacent through a partition wall to one manifold penetrating through the laminated body of the frame body. |
