PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform printing at a timing when a user can obtain a printed material easily to prevent the printed material from being left standing and to ensure security.SOLUTION: In a print server 1, a required printing time calculation part 14 calculates a required printing time of printed data included in a print compound machine; a user schedule obtaining part 15 obtains a user schedule on/at an event-holding date and time from a user schedule DB 102; a free time determination part 16 determines the user's free time prior to the event-holding date and time according to the schedule; and a printing start date and time calculation part 17 calculates a printing start date and time when data printing can be completed within the free time, using the required printing time.
