A GH61 polypeptide variant, comprising a substitution at one or more positions corresponding to positions 138, 219, 26, 32, 34, 40, 41, 42, 47, 56, 72, 102, 123, 149, 152, 163, 164, 166, 169, 186, 200, 207, 213, 222, 234, 246, 249, and 250 of the mature polypeptide of SEQ ID NO: 30, wherein the variant has cellulolytic enhancing activity and wherein the variant has at least 60% sequence identity to the amino acid sequence of a parent GH61 polypeptide.
