Various aspects of the present disclosure are directed to apparatuses and methods that can mitigate the undesirable effects of residual side band (RSB) signal by actively re-tuning the local oscillator of a transmitter to be at or near the center frequency of the carrier. 1. A method of wireless communication operable at a wireless device that is configured for simultaneous transmission utilizing different radio access technologies (RATs), comprising:
tuning a local oscillator to a tuning frequency between a first frequency corresponding to a first RAT and a second frequency corresponding to a second RAT; simultaneously transmitting a first reverse link transmission utilizing the first RAT and a second reverse link transmission utilizing the second RAT; and tuning the local oscillator to the first frequency and transmitting a third reverse link transmission utilizing the first RAT.
