Provided is a method for manufacturing a nanomaterial microstructure using paraffin wax. An engraved pattern is formed by pressing a master pattern on a paraffin wax layer and a nanomaterial suspension is filled in the groove of the engraved pattern. The suspension is naturally filled in only the groove of the engraved pattern by including a hydrophilic solvent in the suspension. After the solvent is evaporated, the nanomaterial microstructure is formed by thermally processing the nanomaterial and removing the paraffin wax layer at the same time.
